Financial Policy

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of the treatment. During your first visit, we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. It is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment unless otherwise discussed.

Dental insurance

Your dental insurance is a contract between you and your dental insurance provider.  Although we do our best to help you with your insurance and submit pre-determinations for the services provided, they are estimates only and you are RESPONSIBLE for knowing your insurance plan maximums and coverage details.  We will do our best to submit to your insurance for you on your behalf.  We do direct bill to some insurance plans and, therefore, a credit card would be required to leave on file.  Please ask our front-end administrator for details.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS

We do require 2 business days’ notice in advance if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment with us.  There will be a cancellation/no show fee for insufficient notice to change an appointment.

WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT TYPES

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Debit.
  • We also accept some Insurance companies with Direct Billing. ( please contact our office to confirm if your Dental Insurance is one we accept. )
